Air Force Common Admission Test Syllabus Exam Pattern
Indian Air Force has announced the notification and exam pattern for the AFCAT 2018. AFCAT is termed as an Air Force Common Admission Test 2018. It is an entrance test by Indian Air Force in order to shortlist the applicants for Flying and Ground Duty posts. AFCAT 2018 Exam will be conducted twice a year in the months of January and August. Indian Air Force is in search of candidates who really wants to join Indian Air Force. It is really a proud job to work in Indian Air Force. Air Force Common Admission Test Exam Pattern

Question Paper is divided into four sections. Aspirants can choose to answer the question paper in any order. Exam is of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions. Therefore, one should carefully pick the correct answer from four options, Because there will be a negative marking for every wrong answer. Question Paper contains total 100 questions. For Every Correct Answer, Candidates will get three marks. Candidates have the time duration of 2 hours for solving the question paper.

AFCAT 2018 Exam Syllabus

Applicants must be aware of Exam Syllabus before appearing for Exam. Without having an awareness of Exam Syllabus, candidates can’t crack the Air Force Common Admission Test. Most of the topics are as same as what we studied in 10th/12th Standard. So in order to score good in this exam, Candidates must have knowledge of 10th/12th Standard.

General Awareness

General Awareness is mostly based on the general knowledge. This section is of 20 questions of three marks each i.e 60 marks. In order to score in this section, Candidates must have good knowledge not only of Basic Science but also of Art and Culture too. Candidates must have knowledge about currently whats going on around the world i.e. International Current affairs. The topics comes under General Awareness are as follows.

Verbal Ability in English

Verbal Ability in English is also a scoring section if you have good knowledge of English language. This section consists of 30 questions of three marks each i.e 90 marks. Reasoning and Military Aptitude Test
